FastPort Numbers sells pre-activated wireless telephone numbers that may be eligible for porting to another compatible wireless carrier.

We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or any other wireless carrier. Carrier names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify network compatibility.

To purchase from FastPort Numbers, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information.

When an order is started:

• The selected phone numbers are temporarily reserved.
• Reservations automatically expire if payment is not completed within the allotted time.
• Expired reservations return to available inventory.

We reserve the right to:

• Reject or cancel any order.
• Limit purchase quantities.
• Cancel suspected fraudulent or abusive transactions.
• Correct pricing or inventory errors.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

After successful payment:

1. Your activation request is submitted to our telecommunications provider.
2. Once activation has been completed, your account information and porting details are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Activation times may vary depending on carrier systems and provider availability.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address.
• Monitoring your inbox and spam folder.
• Maintaining access to the email account used for your purchase.

If activation cannot be completed, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Each purchased number remains active only for the validity period shown at the time of purchase.

After that period expires, we cannot guarantee that the number will remain active or eligible for porting.

Customers are responsible for completing any desired port request before the expiration date.

You agree not to use our website or products to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Commit fraud or identity theft.
• Misrepresent your identity to a carrier.
• Engage in spam or harassment.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Circumvent carrier policies.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Violation of this section may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or permanent prohibition from using our services.

Wireless carriers occasionally offer promotional incentives, including:

• Device discounts
• Trade-in offers
• Bill credits
• Gift cards
• Free devices
• Promotional service plans

Eligibility for any promotion is determined solely by the carrier under its own terms and conditions.

FastPort Numbers:

• Does not administer carrier promotions.
• Does not guarantee eligibility.
• Cannot influence carrier decisions.
• Is not responsible if a carrier changes or withdraws a promotion.

Purchasing a number from us does not guarantee qualification for any carrier offer.

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

• Activation cannot be completed.
• We are unable to deliver the purchased number.
• We cancel your order.

Refunds are not available after successful delivery of activation information except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, software, logos, images, branding, and website design—is the property of FastPort Numbers or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

• Lost data
• Lost promotional eligibility
• Carrier policy changes

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastPort Numbers, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of our website.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your misuse of purchased telephone numbers.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located within New York, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting on this page.

The version in effect at the time an order is placed will govern that purchase.
